DAY 1:
Our guide will join us at the hotel with a welcome cocktail. Later on we will walk along the historical area of León, el Barrio Húmedo, where the dinner is taking place.

DAY 2:
LEÓN-ASTORGA 55 Km.  (4-5 hours).
In “Bicicletas Carlos” shop, your bicycle will be provided. It will be selected according to your physical characteristics, taking into account your height. Once you all have a bike of your size we will finalize explaining you the last details or questions and the trip will begin.
We leave León after a gentle pedaling taking a detour through Villar de Mazarife variant, away from the road, to connect with Hospital de Órbigo. Afterwards we will find a curver section until el Crucero de Santo Toribio. At the end of our journey, we will have a nice descent to the ancient village of Astorga.

DAY 3:
ASTORGA-PONFERRADA 55 Km (5-6 hours).
We leave the region of Maragatería to ascend progressively to Rabanal del Camino where we will rest for a short time before beginning the hard climbing to the Cruz de Ferro. The last section is a continuous descent to the Bierzo valley. A hotel in the center of the historic town of Ponferrada will be waiting for us. The dinner, based on local products, will take place in a nice restaurant in the city.

DAY 4:
PONFERRADA-O CEBREIRO 53 Km (5-6 hours).
We will travel through an irregular zone to Villafranca, enjoying the surrounding vineyards. Our route keeps going into the valley of the Valcárcel River, which precedes the last 10 km of the stage; a remarkable ascent crossing a spectacular mountain landscape. As a reward of our effort, the views we left behind us. At the end of the day, we will arrive to O Cebreiro, one of the most magical places of the Camino.

DAY 5:
CEBREIRO-PORTOMARÍN 62 Km. (6-7 hours)
After O Cebreiro we need to face two small ports before a vertiginous descent to Tricastela. From here, we will continue descending until Sarria with the exception of the climb to the Alto de Sanxil. The last 20 kilometers run along local paths through a landscape of hills. A spectacular descent takes us to Portomarín, on the riverbanks of the Miño.

DAY 6:
PORTOMARÍN-ARZÚA 53Km  (6-7 hours)
A continuous ascent takes us to the Montes de Ligonde, from where we easily reach Palas de Rei. From there, 15 affordable kilometers await us till Melide, where the most famous dish is the galician octopus. We can taste it before facing the last kilometers towards Arzúa through another hills landscape. Once in Arzúa, we will travel by car to a comfortable rural accommodation, where we will enjoy a delicious dinner.

DAY 7:
ARZÚA-SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA 39 Km. (4-5 hours).
We will go through ascents and descents crossing villages and forests until the reach Monte do Gozo. From here we can see the towers of Santiago’s Cathedral. To conclude we will descend towards it reaching Plaza do Obradoiro in Santiago de Compostela. At the end, we will be certified with “La Compostela” in the Pilgrim’s Office..
